10 pieces per style. As a low MOQ clothing manufacturer we mean that literally: it is a real minimum, not a headline number with fine print behind it. Colorways split from 5 pieces each on stock fabrics. Runs of 10 to 49 pieces carry a disclosed small-run premium because pattern making, markers and print screens cost the same whether you make ten garments or a thousand. No. Most first-time founders arrive with a phone screenshot, a hoodie they like, and a budget. That is enough. Our team drafts the tech pack for you at no charge when you place a production order, converting your references into measurements, fabric weights, construction notes and print placements. Send us a WhatsApp message or an email with three things: what garment you want, roughly how many, and any reference image, sketch or logo you have. We reply with an itemized quote within 24 hours covering the garment, branding, decoration and delivered freight to your country. If the numbers work, we produce a sample in 7 to 10 days. You approve it, we run bulk.

Plan five to seven weeks end to end for a first order: a quote within 24 hours, a sample in 7 to 10 days, your approval, bulk production in 2 to 4 weeks, then shipping. Air freight is 3 to 5 days to the UAE, 3 to 6 to Oman, 5 to 8 to the UK, 6 to 9 to the USA and Europe. Reorders are much faster at 2 to 3 weeks plus transit, because patterns and files are already archived.

Yes, and we recommend it. A sample costs a fraction of a bulk run and tells you more than any website can. It is produced in 7 to 10 days and shipped to you. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order, so if you proceed it effectively costs nothing. You can also request revisions and a second sample round before committing.

We are the factory. Our own floor in Sialkot cuts, sews, prints, embroiders, washes, inspects and packs every garment. That matters because an agent adds margin and a communication gap: when something goes wrong, they relay messages instead of fixing it. You can verify us with a live video call from the sewing floor, which we offer to any serious enquiry.

Three things. Our minimum is genuinely 10 pieces, not 300. Our branding stack is included rather than billed as extras. And we ship DDP, so duties are prepaid and there is no surprise customs bill. Even a low MOQ clothing manufacturer cannot make setup costs shrink with your order. Drafting a pattern, grading it, planning the cutting marker, burning print screens and digitizing embroidery cost the same whether the run is ten garments or a thousand. On a 10-piece run those fixed costs are divided by ten. We disclose the premium rather than hiding it: roughly 25 percent above the standard rate at 10 to 24 pieces, and 12 percent at 25 to 49.

Approximately 10 percent off at 100 pieces, 16 percent at 300, and 25 percent at 500 or more per style. Above roughly 500 units, sea freight also becomes economical, which lowers landed cost further. Exact figures depend on the garment, fabric and decoration, and every quote itemizes them so you can see precisely where your money goes.

Per piece. Our quotes state a per-unit price and a total, both including branding and, where you ask for it, delivered freight to your door. There are no separate setup fees hidden at the end. If a cost exists, such as a custom Pantone dye lot or rhinestone application, it appears as its own line in the quote before you commit.

No recurring ones. Label artwork and embroidery files are digitized once and archived, then reused on every future order at no extra charge. Screen setup for printing is included in the quoted unit price. The only genuinely additional costs are things you actively choose, such as custom-dyed Pantone fabric, which carries a mill minimum we tell you about upfront.

Yes. The 10-piece minimum is per style, not per size. A 10-piece hoodie run can be split across S, M, L and XL however you like. Sizes are graded proportionally from XS to 4XL rather than linearly scaled, so a 3XL is cut to fit a 3XL body rather than being a stretched large.

Yes. On stock fabric colors, colorways split from 5 pieces each. So a 10-piece order can run in two colors. Custom-dyed Pantone shades are different: mills impose their own minimum dye lots, which we state clearly before you commit, and most small brands start on stock shades and graduate to custom dyes once volume justifies it.

Reorders are cheaper in practice even at the same headline rate, because your patterns, grading, print files and embroidery are already archived, and no sampling round is needed. Established clients with order history also gain more flexible payment terms. For genuinely large recurring programs we negotiate reserved line capacity and program pricing.

Sometimes, and that arrangement is called CMT, or cut-make-trim. It suits established brands with their own mill relationships. For most brands full-package production is cheaper overall, because our fabric buying power beats a small brand's, and it removes the risk of you buying fabric that turns out to be wrong for the garment.

US dollars by default, which is the industry standard for apparel export. We can quote in GBP, EUR or AED on request. Payment is typically by bank transfer, and the quoted figure is what you pay: because shipments are DDP, there is no additional duty or customs invoice waiting for you at the border.

Custom clothing manufacturers should make more than tees, and we do: t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts and crewnecks, joggers and sweatpants, tracksuits and matched sets, polo shirts, crop tops, activewear and leggings, varsity jackets, leather and PU outerwear, medical scrubs, corporate uniforms, kidswear, and sublimated team kits. Yes, and it is the fastest route to a good result. Send us the physical garment. We reverse-engineer the pattern, match the fabric weight and knit structure, and produce a sample against it for your approval. You can then change whatever you want: make it heavier, boxier, longer, or in a different fabric. The reference garment becomes your starting point rather than your ceiling.

Combed cotton jerseys from 140 to 260 GSM, brushed fleece and French terry from 240 to 500 GSM, pique for polos, performance poly-spandex with four-way stretch, plush velour, antimicrobial poly-cotton for scrubs, denim and bottomweight wovens, viscose and modal for drape, and certified organic and recycled fibers. GSM means grams per square meter, the standard measure of fabric weight. Higher GSM is heavier and usually more durable. For t-shirts, 180 to 200 GSM is the everyday standard and 220 to 260 is streetwear weight. For hoodies, 280 to 320 is value weight, 350 to 400 is premium, and 400 to 450 or more is statement heavyweight. Our GSM guide has the full chart.

Yes. If the fabric you want does not exist on our shelves or at our mills, we develop it: target GSM, custom blends, specific finishes, built with the mill through lab dips and strike-offs. That process takes three to six weeks and requires program-level volumes, and we state both the timeline and the minimum before you commit rather than after.

Yes. GOTS-certified organic cotton adds roughly $1.00 to $1.80 per tee, and GRS-certified recycled polyester adds $0.60 to $1.20 per activewear piece. Yes. We ship labeled swatch cards with GSM, blend and finish marked on each swatch, free with your quote. Choosing fabric by hand feel rather than from a screen is the single best way to avoid disappointment, and it takes a two-week internal debate down to about thirty seconds of touching two swatches.

XS through 4XL as standard for adults, and 2T through youth XL for children. Sizes are graded proportionally, meaning bust, length and width are adjusted per size rather than scaled uniformly, which is where most cheap manufacturing quietly fails above a large. Extended sizes are priced identically to standard sizes in our uniform and program work.

Yes, and it is a deliberate specialty. Womens blocks are developed independently rather than being shrunk mens patterns, which is the most common cause of poor fit above a medium. Crops, co-ords, dresses, leggings and fitted tees all get true womens grading. See the womenswear page.

Yes, with CPSIA-aware construction for the US market: cord-free youth builds, soft-hand cottons, and tracking labels where required. Kids tees start around $2.80 to $4.50 per unit. Sizes run 2T through youth XL. See the kids clothing page.

Yes. PU leather jackets run roughly $20 to $32 per unit, and genuine leather biker jackets run $58 to $92 depending on hide grade. Hardware, lining, and construction are specified to you. Leather-sleeve varsity jackets run $26 to $38. Leather requires more sampling patience than knitwear, so allow an extra round if you are chasing a specific hand and finish.

Screen printing, DTG, DTF transfer, puff print, high-density print, all-over sublimation and embroidery, all applied in-house during production rather than sent to a second vendor. That matters because in-line printing means a registration problem is caught on the table, not discovered in your cartons. Preview any of them free in our mockup designer.

Screen printing for bold spot color at volume. DTG for photographic detail and short runs on cotton. DTF for detailed multi-color art on most fabrics. Puff and high-density for raised streetwear texture, which needs a 220 GSM or heavier ground. Embroidery for permanence and a premium feel. All-over sublimation for edge-to-edge designs, but only on high-polyester fabric. Send us the artwork and quantity and we recommend the right one free.

Sublimation turns dye into gas under heat so it bonds inside polyester fibers rather than sitting on top of them. The result covers the entire garment, seam to seam and sleeve to sleeve, in unlimited colors, and it cannot crack, peel or fade because there is no surface layer to degrade. It only works on high-polyester fabric, which is why sublimated team kits are almost always poly.

Yes. Front, back, both sleeves, hood, and hem placements are all available, and each is measured on a placement map rather than eyeballed. Additional placements typically add a small per-unit cost, around $0.30 to $0.60 for screen printing. Sublimation covers the whole garment at once, so extra placements cost nothing within an all-over design.

Usually yes. Files arrive as screenshots, phone photos, half-finished vectors and AI mockups, and preparing them is part of our service. We rebuild vectors, build color separations, set halftones and plan underbases for dark garments. You then approve a photographed press proof before the run commits, so nothing goes to bulk on a guess.

Yes, and puckering is a solvable problem, not a fact of life. It happens when the stabilizer, hooping or stitch density is wrong for the fabric. Your logo is hand-digitized, tested on the actual fabric, and only then approved for bulk. The approved file is archived and reused identically on every future order, so year three matches year one.

Yes. Approved artwork, screens, separations, placement maps and embroidery files are all archived with your patterns. A reorder skips setup entirely and prints identically, which is both faster and why reorders complete in 2 to 3 weeks rather than 5 to 7.

Yes. Heat-set rhinestone lettering, chenille patches with felt borders, embroidered crests, leather appliqué and printed satin backs are all produced in-house. Chenille and patch packages typically add $2 to $6 per garment depending on complexity. These are the details that make varsity jackets and velour sets feel expensive.

Not if the method is matched to the fabric correctly, which is our job. Sublimation cannot crack because the dye is inside the fiber. Properly cured screen prints survive years of washing. Cracking almost always traces back to under-curing, wrong ink for the fabric, or a print applied to a garment that was never suitable for it. We match method to fabric before quoting.

Working with a private label clothing manufacturer means the finished garment carries your brand and nothing else: your woven neck label, your care label, your hang tag, your poly bag. The customer never sees our name. This is different from white label, where you put your name on an unchanged stock product. Private label customizes the garment itself. Included. Woven damask neck labels, printed care and content labels, hang tags, size stickers and branded poly bags are produced in-house and included in the quoted unit price. Many factories quote an attractive garment price and then bill the branding as extras until the invoice quietly grows twenty percent. Ours does not. See the private label page.

Yes. Send your brand board, or simply an existing garment and its packaging, and we reproduce the labels, tags and bags to match. Physical proofs are included with your pre-production sample, so you approve the branding in your hands rather than on a screen before bulk begins.

Yes. Tagless heat-transfer neck prints are popular for activewear, kidswear and anything worn against the skin where a woven label would itch. They are also cheaper than woven labels. We produce both, and many brands use woven for outerwear and tagless for tees within the same collection.

Yes. For the USA, fiber content, country of origin and care instructions follow FTC textile rules, and children's items follow CPSIA including tracking labels. For the EU and UK, multilingual labeling is available where required. For the UAE, Oman and the wider Gulf, Arabic care labeling and dual-language English-Arabic hang tags are available on request.

Yes. Sequential numbering on interior labels or plackets, plus certificate cards, are available for limited runs and collaborations. It is a small production detail that changes how a drop is perceived, and it works particularly well on varsity jackets and heavyweight hoodies.

Yes. Garments are labeled, tagged, folded, poly-bagged and packed into cartons that can go straight to your shelf, your fulfillment center or a stockist. We can prepack size runs to a specified ratio, split cartons by destination for multi-site businesses, and apply marketplace labeling such as FNSKU barcodes for Amazon sellers.

Seven to ten days to produce, plus shipping. The fee varies by garment complexity and is credited in full against your bulk order, so if you proceed, the sample is effectively free. We consider it a required step rather than an optional one: nobody should commit to bulk production on the strength of a website.

Yes, and most clients do. Sampling is an iterative process. You mark up what you want changed, whether that is a longer body, a wider sleeve, a heavier fabric, a different print placement, and we produce a revised sample. Each round takes another 7 to 10 days. Bulk only begins once you give written approval.

We inspect at three gates. Incoming fabric is weighed against its GSM specification, checked on the 4-point defect system and shade-banded, and failing rolls never reach the cutting table. In-line checks during sewing catch faults while they are cheap to fix. The final audit is a full AQL 2.5 inspection against your approved golden sample, with measurements photographed and shared before shipment.

AQL stands for Acceptable Quality Limit, and it is the standard statistical inspection method used across the garment industry. AQL 2.5 means a defined sample of the finished order is inspected against agreed criteria, and the batch passes only if defects fall below a strict threshold. It is the same standard large retailers demand from their suppliers, and we apply it whether your run is 10 pieces or 5,000.

Identical. A 10-piece run gets the same fabric inspection, the same in-line checks, the same AQL 2.5 final audit and the same golden-sample comparison as a five-thousand-piece program. Our short lines exist specifically for small runs, so they are not squeezed in between container orders by machinists who resent them.

Yes, in several ways. We share photographs from mid-production, run live video walkthroughs of the sewing floor on request, and send the final inspection report with photographed measurements before dispatch. You can also appoint a third-party inspection agency such as SGS or Bureau Veritas at your own cost, and we will accommodate them.

Tell us immediately with photographs. If the fault is ours, meaning the goods do not match your approved sample and specification, we remake or refund the affected units. This is exactly why the golden sample and the written specification matter so much: they turn a subjective argument into an objective comparison that either matches or does not.

Plus or minus 3 percent per style and colorway, invoiced as shipped. That is the honest industry standard for cut-and-sew production: fabric faults and cutting realities mean the final count can vary slightly. Any manufacturer promising exactly the number every time either has not thought about it or is not being straight with you.

Yes. Our representatives are in the USA, UAE and Oman, and our factory is in Pakistan, but we ship globally: the United Kingdom, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and beyond. From dispatch: UAE 3 to 5 working days, Oman 3 to 6, Pakistan 2 to 4 days by ground, Saudi Arabia and the wider Gulf 4 to 7, the UK 5 to 8, the USA and EU 6 to 9, Canada 7 to 10, and Australia and New Zealand 7 to 11. Sea freight takes considerably longer but is far cheaper above roughly 500 units.

DDP means Delivered Duty Paid. We clear customs and pay the import duties before the goods reach you. The alternative, DAP or DDU, leaves you to handle clearance and pay duties on arrival, which is precisely where first-time importers get an unexpected bill and a week of delay at the border. We quote DDP so the number you approve is the number you pay.

We do, on DDP shipments. The duty component varies by garment category and destination country, and it is calculated and confirmed line by line in your itemized quote rather than estimated vaguely. There is no customs broker for you to deal with and no invoice waiting at the border.

Air for almost everything under roughly 500 units, because it lands in days rather than weeks and the freight cost per garment is still reasonable. Sea only becomes economical at volume, where the per-unit saving outweighs a 22 to 40 day transit. If you have a fixed launch date, air freight and its buffer are worth the premium.

Yes. We prepack to marketplace requirements including FNSKU barcode labeling, poly bag compliance and carton specifications, and ship directly into Amazon FBA or your third-party fulfillment center. Send us your prep requirements and we build them into the packing stage rather than leaving you to relabel everything on arrival.

Yes. One production batch can be split into separate cartons and shipped to different addresses or different countries, each with its own packing list and documentation. Multi-site businesses use this constantly: cartons labeled per clinic, per store or per branch. It also means dye lots stay identical across every location.

Tell us the date before you tell us anything else, and we schedule backward from it with a buffer built in. Eight to ten weeks comfortably covers a first order including sampling. If your date is tighter than that, say so immediately and we will tell you honestly whether it is achievable rather than agreeing and disappointing you later.

It gives you factory-direct pricing, a contact in your time zone and duties prepaid at the border. If your brand specifically requires a Made-in-USA label, you need a domestic cut-and-sew shop, and we will tell you so honestly.

Yes. We have representatives across the Emirates, covering Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah and beyond. The UAE is our fastest export lane at 3 to 5 working days DDP, because Sialkot to the Gulf is a short flight. Arabic care labeling and dual-language hang tags are available, and we default to lightweight breathable fabrics suited to the climate.

Yes. Representatives cover Muscat, Salalah, Sohar, Nizwa and the wider Sultanate, with air freight landing in 3 to 6 working days DDP. Yes. UK deliveries arrive in 5 to 8 working days, and Pakistan's GSP+ duty preferences improve the landed cost meaningfully compared with many other sourcing countries. EU shipments arrive in 6 to 9 working days and carry compliant multilingual labeling where required. Both are quoted DDP.

Yes. Australian and New Zealand deliveries arrive in 7 to 11 working days by air, quoted DDP per shipment. Australian brands typically order lightweight cottons and performance blends given the climate, and the same 10-piece minimum applies as everywhere else.

Yes, visitors are welcome at our Sialkot facility by appointment, and we genuinely encourage it. Standing at the cutting tables tells you more in an hour than any amount of correspondence. If travel is not practical, we run live video walkthroughs of the sewing floor, which is what most international clients use instead.

Yes. Pakistani brands, boutiques, schools, clinics and corporate buyers order from us directly, with nationwide delivery in 2 to 4 days and factory pickup available. The same 10-piece minimum and the same quality standards apply as for our export clients.

The standard structure is 50 percent deposit to begin production and 50 percent balance against approved pre-shipment inspection photographs. That means you see evidence the goods are right before you pay the balance. Established clients with order history gain more flexible terms, and we negotiate program terms for recurring wholesale accounts.

Bank transfer is the standard for production orders and is the cheapest for both sides. We can also accommodate other methods for smaller amounts such as sample fees. We will never ask for payment through an untraceable channel, and if any supplier ever does, treat it as a serious warning sign.

No, and you should be wary of any manufacturer who does. Staged payments protect both parties: our deposit covers fabric and setup, and your balance is only due once you have seen inspection evidence that the goods match your approved sample. A supplier demanding one hundred percent upfront is asking you to carry all the risk.

The deposit covers fabric purchase and production setup, which are real costs incurred as soon as work begins, so it is not generally refundable once production starts. What protects you is the sequence: you approve a physical sample before any deposit funds bulk production, so you know exactly what you are buying before you commit.

You do. The patterns, grading, print files and embroidery digitization created for your garments belong to your brand. We archive them so reorders are fast and identical, but they are yours, and we do not reuse your designs for other clients.

Begin with one style, not a collection. Pick the single garment that best expresses your brand, order 10 to 50 pieces, put it in front of real customers, and learn from what they say and buy. Less than most people assume. A 10-piece hoodie run is a three-figure production cost plus freight. A 50-piece run at around $11 per unit is roughly $550 plus shipping. The real budget question is not the first order, it is whether you can afford to reorder when it sells, because that is where brands actually stall.

Start from clothing manufacturing cost, then work upward. Most apparel brands work on a two to two-and-a-half times markup on landed cost for direct-to-consumer, and higher if selling wholesale, because a stockist takes roughly half the retail price. Blanks with a print are faster and cheaper to test an idea, while a private label clothing manufacturer gives you something else entirely. Private label manufacturing gives you a garment nobody else can buy, which is the only durable advantage in apparel. Many brands begin with printed blanks to validate demand, then move to manufacturing once a design proves itself. Both are legitimate, and the wrong one is only wrong for your stage.

Yes, that is most of our first-time clients. Bring a reference garment whose fit you like, a logo in any file quality, and a rough idea of the look. We handle the pattern, the tech pack, the fabric recommendation and the print method choice, and explain the trade-off attached to each so you are making informed decisions rather than blind ones.

Ask ten questions and watch how they answer. Will they do a live video call from the sewing floor? Will they state the real minimum including fabric-lot requirements? Is branding included or billed later? What inspection standard, and do you see the report? Then run the same paid sample with two or three suppliers and compare. That test costs little and reveals everything. Our vetting guide lists them all.

Refusing a video call from the production floor. Demanding one hundred percent payment upfront. A quoted price that changes after you commit. Vagueness about the real minimum, or a low headline minimum hiding a large fabric-lot requirement. A sample that arrives with fabric that does not match the spec. Any one of these justifies walking away and continuing your shortlist.

Yes, gladly. We sign non-disclosure agreements on request, and your designs, patterns and artwork are never shared or reused for other clients. In an industry where design theft is a genuine fear, we would rather sign the paperwork than ask you to simply trust us.
