HOW THE GARMENT IS BUILT · FABRIC · FIT · CONSTRUCTIONT-Shirt Manufacturing Service — Fabric, Fit & Construction
This page covers how we actually build your t-shirt: fabric selection, fit and construction, and the quality checks every order goes through — not pricing, not private label, not decoration methods.
Comparing manufacturers, pricing or private label options first? Start on our T-Shirt Manufacturer in USA page. Deciding between screen print, DTF, DTG, embroidery or puff print for your design? See our full decoration method comparison guide — we won't repeat that breakdown here.

Fit & Construction Options
Every order is built around your tech pack, not a fixed catalog.

Collar Styles
Crew neck, V-neck, henley, and ringer trims on request.
Seam Construction
Side-seamed or tubular knit builds, shoulder taping and double-needle hems as standard.
Fit Profiles
Classic, slim, boxy/oversized and drop-shoulder fits, graded across your full size run.
Shrinkage Control
Fabric is pre-shrunk and tested before cutting, so garments hold their stated size after washing.
