3. Clothing Manufacturing Services
Our clothing manufacturing services include design assistance, fabric sourcing, sampling, private label branding, bulk apparel production, quality control, packaging, and international shipping. Service availability may vary depending on order requirements, materials, and production capacity.
All services are provided strictly for lawful business purposes related to apparel manufacturing.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payments

All pricing provided by ClothingManufacturer.US is quoted based on order quantity, fabric selection, design complexity, branding requirements, and production timelines. Prices may change until a formal invoice is issued.
To begin production, clients must pay 60% advance payment. The remaining 40% balance payment is required before shipment of finished garments. Failure to complete payment may result in order delays or cancellation.
5. Sampling and Product Approval
Samples are produced to demonstrate design, fit, fabric, and workmanship. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving samples before bulk production. Once bulk production begins, changes may not be possible.
Approved samples serve as the reference standard for bulk clothing manufacturing.
6. Production Timelines
Production timelines provided by ClothingManufacturer.US are estimates. Delays may occur due to fabric availability, design revisions, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
7. Quality Control and Tolerances
We maintain strict quality control processes throughout the clothing manufacturing process. However, minor variations in color, sizing, stitching, or fabric texture may occur and are considered acceptable within industry standards.
Such variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.
8. Shipping and Delivery
ClothingManufacturer.US ships apparel orders globally using trusted logistics partners. Shipping costs, delivery timelines, customs duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the client.
9. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Advance payments are non-refundable due to material sourcing and labor costs. Refunds are not issued for completed or partially completed production orders.
10. Intellectual Property Rights
All designs, logos, trademarks, and branding materials provided by clients remain the intellectual property of the client. Clients confirm they have legal rights to use all submitted materials.
ClothingManufacturer.US is not responsible for intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided designs.
11. Website Content and Usage
All website content including text, images, graphics, and logos is the property of ClothingManufacturer.US and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
ClothingManufacturer.US shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our clothing manufacturing services or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific order.
