§ 02
Acceptance of Terms
Using this site or placing an order means you agree to these terms.
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a sample, or placing a production order, you confirm you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. They apply to every visitor, client, and user of ClothingManufacturer.US.
If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use our website or manufacturing services.
§ 03
Clothing Manufacturing Services
What's included when you manufacture with us.
Our services span design assistance, fabric sourcing, sampling, private label branding, bulk apparel production, quality control, packaging, and international shipping. Exact availability can vary with order requirements, material sourcing, and production capacity.
All services are provided strictly for lawful business purposes related to apparel manufacturing.
§ 04
Orders, Pricing & Payments
Pricing depends on your order; we work on a 60/40 payment split.
Pricing is quoted based on order quantity, fabric selection, design complexity, branding requirements, and production timeline, and may change until a formal invoice is issued.
To begin production, clients pay a 60% advance; the remaining 40% balance is due before shipment. Incomplete payment may delay or cancel an order.
60% to start, 40% before shipment. Plan your cash flow around this split.
§ 05
Sampling & Product Approval
Approve your sample first — it becomes the standard for the full run.
Samples let you evaluate design, fit, fabric, and workmanship before bulk production begins. It's the client's responsibility to review and approve a sample before the full run starts.
Once bulk production is underway, changes generally aren't possible — your approved sample becomes the reference standard for the entire order.
§ 06
Production Timelines
Timelines are estimates; some delays are outside our control.
Timelines we provide are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen due to fabric availability, design revisions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We aren't liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or force majeure events.
§ 07
Quality Control & Tolerances
Small variations in color, fit, or stitching are normal, not defects.
We run strict quality control throughout manufacturing. Even so, minor variation in color, sizing, stitching, or fabric texture can occur and falls within accepted industry standards — this isn't considered a manufacturing defect.
§ 08
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide; duties and post-shipment risk are on you.
We ship globally through trusted logistics partners. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping costs, delivery timelines, customs duties, and taxes are the client's responsibility.
Once an order ships, risk of loss transfers to the client.
§ 09
Cancellations & Refunds
Once production starts, orders are final.
Orders can't be cancelled once production has begun. Advance payments are non-refundable, since they cover material sourcing and labor already committed. We don't issue refunds for completed or partially completed production orders.
No cancellations after production begins — advance payments are non-refundable.
§ 10
Intellectual Property Rights
Your designs and branding stay yours.
Every design, logo, trademark, and branding asset a client provides remains that client's intellectual property. By submitting materials, clients confirm they hold the legal rights to use them.
ClothingManufacturer.US isn't responsible for IP disputes arising from client-provided designs.
Make sure you have the rights to any design or logo you send us — that responsibility sits with you.
§ 11

We're liable only up to what you paid for that order.
We aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any order is capped at the amount the client paid for that specific order.
§ 13
Indemnification
You cover claims that come from your misuse or your designs.
You agree to indemnify and hold ClothingManufacturer.US harmless from claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from misuse of our services, a violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights connected to your order.
§ 14
