2. Approve a sample

We make a physical sample in 7–10 business days and courier it to you. Bulk production starts only after you approve it in writing. The sample fee is credited against your bulk order.

3. Bulk production and inspection

First orders take 4–6 weeks, reorders 1–2 weeks. We test every fabric batch for weight (±5% GSM), color fastness, shrinkage and pilling. Before packing, the order gets an AQL 2.5 final inspection, the sampling standard most US retailers use.

4. DDP delivery

We ship DDP to your door by air or sea, so duties and customs clearance are handled before arrival. You don’t get a surprise bill from a courier or broker.

How to check a clothing manufacturer in Pakistan before you pay

Use this checklist on any supplier, including us:

• Ask for a video call from the factory floor, not only photos. A real factory can show you cutting, sewing and packing live.
• Order a paid sample first. Never go straight to bulk. The sample is the standard the bulk order is judged against.
• Get the full specs in writing: fabric weight, composition, size chart tolerances, print method, labeling and packing.
• Agree the inspection standard in advance (for example AQL 2.5), and consider a third-party inspection on your first order.
• Confirm the shipping terms. FOB, EXW and DDP mean very different total costs. Ask who pays duties.
• Pay by traceable means: bank transfer to a company account in the supplier’s registered business name.
