What "custom" means here

Many suppliers call it "custom" when they print your logo on a blank from a catalogue. We make the garment itself: the pattern is drafted or adjusted for your fit, the fabric is chosen or dyed for your colour, and the trims and labels carry your brand. The result is a product no one else can buy.

Custom clothing manufacturing FAQ

What is a custom clothing manufacturer?

A factory that makes garments to your own design: your pattern, fabric, colours, trims, decoration and labels. It's different from printing on stock blanks, where only the decoration changes.

What is the minimum order for custom clothing?

10 pieces per style, per colour, split across up to 3 sizes. Custom Pantone-dyed colours need about 50 pieces per colour because of the fabric dye lot.

How much does custom clothing manufacturing cost?

At 50–100 pieces with private label included: t-shirts $4–6, hoodies $8–14, tracksuit sets $14–22, polos $6–12 and varsity jackets $20–35. Runs of 10–24 pieces cost about 25% more.

Do I need a tech pack?

No. A tech pack speeds things up, but you can also send a reference garment, photos or a sketch, and we'll build the specification with you.

Can I choose my own fabric and GSM?

Yes. Choose the fibre, knit or weave and weight, from light 180 GSM jersey to 500 GSM heavyweight fleece. Every fabric batch is tested for GSM (±5%), colour fastness and shrinkage.

How long does a custom order take?

A sample takes 7–10 days. Bulk production takes up to 2 weeks after approval, or 2–4 weeks for runs over 300 pieces per style. A first order is about 4–6 weeks end to end.

Will my designs be shared with other brands?

No. Patterns, grading and artwork made for your order belong to your brand. We archive them only for your reorders and sign NDAs on request.

Do you ship custom orders outside the USA?

Yes. We ship DDP (duties paid) to the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, Australia, the Gulf and 50+ countries.
