At ClothingManufacturer.US, we believe that a garment is only as good as the fabric it is made from. This is not a cliché — it is the operational principle behind every production decision we make. A heavyweight hoodie that uses 280 GSM open-end cotton instead of 400 GSM ring-spun combed cotton will wash poorly, pill quickly, and feel thin in hand. Your customers will know the difference. We source all our fabrics from a vetted network of certified fabric mills across Pakistan, South Korea, China, and Turkey — each selected for their consistency, technical capability, and ability to match our strict pre-production quality standards. Every fabric we use is tested before it enters production: we check GSM accuracy (±5% tolerance), color fastness to washing (grade 4–5 on ISO scale), pilling resistance, dimensional stability, and tensile strength.
We offer physical fabric swatches to every client before production begins — so you can feel the hand, check the weight, and confirm the color match before a single garment is cut. This is not optional. It is part of how we do business.

Cotton Fabrics
The backbone of quality apparel. We use 100% ring-spun combed cotton across our jersey, interlock, piqué, and French terry constructions. Ring-spun combed cotton produces a significantly softer, stronger, and more consistent yarn than open-end cotton — the key reason premium brands specify it. Available in combed ring-spun, open-end (budget tier), and carded constructions across 130–240 GSM for jersey and 160–220 GSM for piqué.
Fleece Fabrics
Our fleece range covers the complete GSM spectrum from 260 GSM mid-weight fleece to 500 GSM ultra-heavyweight streetwear-grade fleece. We work with cotton fleece, poly-cotton fleece, and tri-blend fleece — in loop-back (standard), brushed (soft-hand), and raised-face constructions. Heavyweight fleece is the fabric behind premium USA streetwear brands commanding $60–$120 retail prices. Every fleece is tested for GSM accuracy, pilling resistance, and shrinkage.
French Terry
French terry is a knitted fabric with a smooth exterior face and a looped, soft interior — producing a lighter, more breathable alternative to fleece while retaining comfort and structure. We manufacture in 220–320 GSM French terry for hoodies, sweatshirts, jogger scrubs, tracksuit sets, and lifestyle fashion pieces. Available in 100% cotton, 80/20 cotton-poly, organic cotton, and cotton-modal blends for premium softness applications.
Performance Polyester
High-performance polyester fabrics engineered for athletic and technical garment applications. Our performance polyester range includes moisture-wicking interlock, moisture-wicking tricot, 4-way stretch polyester-spandex, microfiber, and ripstop constructions. Key properties include quick-dry technology, UV protection, anti-odour treatment, and 4-way stretch. Available with sublimation printing for full-colour custom designs across sports tracksuits, athletic tops, and performance polo shirts.
Velour & Velvet
Velour (also called velvet tracksuit fabric) is a warp-knit polyester fabric with a short, dense pile surface — producing a plush, luxurious feel and a rich, light-reflective sheen. It is the signature fabric of luxury casual tracksuits and premium women's fashion sets. We manufacture in 260–320 GSM polyester velour and tricot velvet, available with embroidery branding, custom dye colors, and full private label packaging for boutique and luxury fashion brands.
Sustainable Fabrics
Our sustainable fabric range supports eco-conscious brands committed to reducing their environmental footprint. We offer GOTS-aligned organic cotton (grown without synthetic pesticides), recycled polyester (rPET made from post-consumer plastic bottles), cotton-modal blends (Tencel/ECOVERO available), and bamboo-cotton blends. All sustainable fabrics come with available certification documentation for brands requiring verified sustainability claims.

All screen printing on sustainable garments uses water-based inks — free from PVC, phthalates, and heavy metals. Water-based inks produce a softer print hand feel and significantly lower environmental impact versus standard plastisol inks.

Mill Vetting
We audit and vet every fabric mill for production consistency, certification status, capacity, and communication reliability before approving for use.
Specification
Every fabric order is placed with a detailed specification: composition, GSM target ±5%, colour reference, width, and finish requirements.
Incoming QC
On arrival, every fabric bolt is tested: GSM accuracy, colour fastness to washing & rubbing, dimensional stability, and pilling resistance.
Pre-Cutting Check
Before cutting, fabric is re-checked for defects, shade variation between rolls, and alignment. Defective rolls are rejected before production.
Swatch Approval
For custom orders, physical fabric swatches are provided to the client for hand-feel and colour approval before any bulk garments are manufactured.
